CRITERIA

• Meet admissions requirements and be accepted to the ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ.
• Enroll as an undergraduate junior or senior in the Silverfield College of Education and Human Services.
• Major in an area leading to Florida teacher certification to include early childhood education, elementary education, secondary education, middle school math education, exceptional student education, deaf education or music education.
• Earn a minimum ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ GPA of at least 2.75.
• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
• Demonstrate financial need as defined by the University’s Office of Financial Aid.
• Preference will be given to First Generation students (have parents who have not earned their bachelor’s degree).

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Enroll full-time with at least 12 credit hours in the Fall and Spring semesters and earn a minimum of 24 credits by the end of each academic year.
• Maintain a GPA of at least 2.75 for the junior and senior years.
• Comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus.
• Consent to release grades to the Division of Development and Alumni Engagement for the purpose of reporting to the Donors.
• Remain in good standing as a student.
• File FAFSA form with the federal government each year.
