Professional Development Schools' Teacher Fellowship
CRITERIA:
- Be admitted to the Silverfield College of Education and Human Services as an graduate student.
- Reside in Florida for tuition purposes.
- Enroll to receive a graduate degree in SCOEHS Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum department with a minimum of three credit hours in the Fall and Spring semesters.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Preference given to teachers at KIPP and Tiger Academy charter schools.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY:
- Comply with all University regulations, rules and codes of conduct governing students on campus.
- Consent to release grades to the Division of University Development and Alumni Engagement for the purpose of reporting to the Donor.
- Remain in good standing as a student with the University.
RENEWAL:
- Current recipients may apply for renewal and will be given preference pending availability of funding, and if all of the preceding requirements have been met.
- No student will be eligible to receive more than six semesters of fellowship support.
