The University Fiscal Year runs from July 1st to June 30th annually. Leading up to the end of the fiscal year, the campus departments and divisions must go through processes to prepare for the closure of the fiscal year. These processes include deadlines for submissions of forms and documents, clean up of negative available balances, and more. Constituents from each of the central departments and several strategic groups around campus come together as the 'Year End Team' to set these important deadlines and timelines each year. Adhering to these dates will help the University be able to effectively and efficiently close out the fiscal year.
