Executive Health Administration
The 成人AV视频 EMHA Program’s mission is to train healthcare professionals to become executive leaders in the healthcare industry. The program is a largely online and structured cohort program that allows students to meet their professional demands while conveniently earning their advanced degree. The EMHA Program is for working health care professionals due to the largely online delivery format. This allows health care executives, physicians and clinician leaders to earn an EMHA degree from any location and at times convenient to each student.
Student Learning Outcomes
Graduates will be able to:
Knowledge of Literature of Discipline (req)
- apply knowledge and theory in healthcare organizational design, finance, strategic planning, and quality assessment.
Independent Research /Professional Practice (req)
- demonstrate capabilities in independent research and professional practice by successfully completing a specific course project requiring independent problem analysis, project design, and development.
Critical thinking (Opt)
- assess and evaluate critical thinking, business planning, and problem-solving skills.
Assessment Approaches
Individual Course Specific Case Studies, Course Projects, Healthcare Organization Quality Management Plan, Lean Competency System Certification, Quantitative Analysis Project and Case Studies. Program competencies were mapped to course assignments and student progress toward mastery of competencies are assessed to document student skill development.
In addition, the EMHA Program implemented a pre- and post-Program Assessment of student perceptions of their competency levels for all Program competencies. The pre-Program assessment is administered by the EMHA Director through Qualtrics. The post-Program assessment is administered along with the Program's Exit Interview by the EMHA Director prior to graduation. A Student Self-Assessment Report is developed by the EMHA Director and analyzed by faculty for curriculum enhancement or changes.
