Fall 2025 - Spring 2026
The Academic Year 2025 – 2026 Housing Contract will be available in myHousing as of 12 noon on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
Admitted 成人AV视频 students are divided into 3 separate groups as it relates to on-campus housing for 2025-2026:
- Each group will have a slightly different timeline to access the contract in myHousing. For each group the process of submitting the housing contract and ultimately picking a bedspace is a multiple step process.
- Once a student submits a 成人AV视频 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their 成人AV视频 e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the on-line room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.

Summer 2025 Housing Information - Submit your Summer 2025 Housing Contract today!
The Summer 2025 Housing Contract is available in myHousing!
Any 成人AV视频 student who will be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours per term at 成人AV视频 for Summer A/C or Summer B 2025 who has a desire to live on-campus for Summer 2025 should fully submit their Housing Contract as soon as possible, but no later than May 1, 2025.
- Rising sophomore students and above will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Fountains for Summer A/C or Summer B.
- First-year students, including Osprey First Summer Pathway Program participants, will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Crossings for Summer B 2025 as long as space is available. If additional bed space is needed, students will be assigned to Osprey Cove.
- All students who have submitted a housing contract should monitor their 成人AV视频 e-mail account for updates from Housing and Residence Life.
- Please note, submission of a Summer 2025 Housing Contract does not guarantee Fall 2025 or future housing as it is a separate housing contract agreement. For 2025/2026 housing information visit /housing/contract-information/contract-availability.html

Spring 2025
The Spring 2025 成人AV视频 Housing Contract released in myHousing on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 12 noon (Eastern time):
Please review all of the information carefully as demand for on-campus bed space is high. Here is information to consider prior to submitting a Spring 2025 Housing Contract:
- Any 成人AV视频 student who will be registered for 成人AV视频 classes for Spring 2025 and has a desire to live on-campus for Spring 2025 should fully complete the Spring 2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible.
- The earlier a student fully completes the Housing Contract process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to be placed within a bed space over students who contract at a later date.
The submission of the 成人AV视频 Housing Contract does not guarantee a specific type of accommodation (community, room type, etc.) or assignment to any preference indicated by student are requests only and not guaranteed. - Housing and Residence Life anticipates accepting Spring 2025 Housing Contracts until no later than December 1, 2024. Please note, if housing contract submissions are outpacing the anticipated supply of available beds, Housing and Residence Life may stop taking housing contacts earlier than December 1, 2024 which is why students are encouraged to fully complete the Spring 2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible.
