The Summer 2025 Housing Contract is available in myHousing!

Any ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ student who will be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours per term at ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ for Summer A/C or Summer B 2025 who has a desire to live on-campus for Summer 2025 should fully submit their Housing Contract as soon as possible, but no later than May 1, 2025.

• Rising sophomore students and above will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Fountains for Summer A/C or Summer B.

    Approximately 500 bed spaces will be available for Summer 2025. Approximately half of the bed spaces will be for females and half for males. All suites will be private bedrooms with shared bathrooms in 4 or 6 person suites. 
    
    
    
• First-year students, including Osprey First Summer Pathway Program participants, will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Crossings for Summer B 2025 as long as space is available. If additional bed space is needed, students will be assigned to Osprey Cove.
  
  
  • Osprey Crossings - /housing/halls/osprey-crossings/index.html
    
    Approximately 466 bed spaces will be available for Summer 2025. Approximately half of the rooms will be for females and half for males. The vast majority of Osprey Crossings will be double occupancy rooms but a limited number of private rooms may be available based on occupancy levels. Private rooms may be utilized to accommodate medical and disability needs as determined by ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ Student Accessibility Center.
