Additionally, there are thirteen shuttle stop shelters across campus, each equipped with four advertising poster spaces measuring 20" x 25".

Around nine to ten weeks prior to the start of each term, an announcement will be posted on Osprey Update inviting advertising requests via email to David Flatt. An emailed response with an approval or denial will be sent within two business days, based on availability of advertisement space. Initially, only one ad per department, organization, or vendor may be purchased each term. However, if space permits, a second advertisement may be acquired.
Once the request is confirmed of your department’s participation in the shuttle ad program, you will need to submit your design or marketing request to the Marketing and Publications Department. All artwork must be reviewed and approved by Marketing and Publications. After receiving approval, your department will email the finalized artwork to Parking Services.
Ads will be displayed during the intersession period and remain on the buses through the end of the term, until Commencement.
Please note: The Osprey Connector buses do not operate when the University is closed, or during intersession periods when the University is open but classes are not in session (e.g., breaks between terms and Spring Break).
