Sanctions:
- Hazing Prevention Workshop: The organization is required to host an educational workshop for the greater campus community.
- Event Restriction: Effective immediately, all scheduled events, including those hosted by the Fraternity, must be registered with OFSL.
- Social Restrictions - Alcohol: Social restrictions prohibit the student organization from participating in or hosting specific events or types of events for a period of time. The organization is restricted from holding social events with alcohol from effective now through December 12, 2025.
- Advisor Presence: All events/meetings/socials/functions/etc. of the organization will have an advisor present, either virtually or in-person, effective now through December 12, 2025.
- Learning Modules: 95% of the organization is required to complete the Osprey Ascend Learning Module Hazing Prevention. A complete roster with documentation of member completion should be emailed to the Dean of Students Office at universityconduct@unf.edu no later than February 7, 2025.

- complete a membership review facilitated by Sigma Chi National Headquarters.
- Entire chapter is required to complete an educational training event focused on leadership, risk management, bystander behavior, and values.
- Restricted from social events, including participating and/or hosting a social event. There should be absolutely no alcohol or illegal substance present at any Sigma Chi event through the duration of this social restriction.
- Restricted from recruiting and admitting new members for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters.
