Sanctions:

• Osprey Ascend Learning Module: Bystander Intervention for Students - whole chapter completion.
• Reflection Exercise: Bystander Participation - Intent vs. Impact - executive council.
• Formal Reprimand.
• Required meeting with Carly Bengry, Hearing Coordinator, to develop formal risk management plan and accountability measures.
• Final risk management plan submitted to the Office of Student Accountability and Resolution, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Kappa Delta National Headquarters with presentation to chapter.
• All Kappa Delta events must have an advisor present through Fall 2021 Semester.

  Sanctions:

• Formal Reprimand.
• Chapter must host an educational speaker or program during the Fall 2018 semester discussing alcohol and drug education.
• Written letter of apology to the Office of the Register for behaviors that occurred in the reserved academic space.
• The senior member class is required to complete a Values and Expectations Diagram reflection exercise.
• The entire chapter is required to complete the online learning module, Campus Clarity Think ³ÉÈËAVÊÓƵ It, Alcohol.
