Warsaw is located in the east-central part of Poland. It is the country's largest and most cosmopolitan city with a population of approximately 1.86 million people. The city is known for its diverse mix of cultures and rich history. Warsaw's urban area is expansive, covering 517 square kilometers, and it serves as a major cultural, political, and economic hub.
The city offers a wide array of cosmopolitan experiences, including vibrant theater, art, and fashion scenes. Warsaw's climate is temperate. From June to August (summer), the average temperature ranges between 59 and 77°F. From December to February (winter), the average temperature range is between 28 and 37°F.

Academic Calendar
The fall semester ("semester 1") runs from the first of October to mid-February; the spring semester ("semester 2") runs from mid-February to late June.
Students may participate in the spring semester only or the fall/spring academic year.

University of Warsaw Application Process
Step 1:
Submit the following items directly to the INternational Business Office (Building 42, Suite 1100), not to the exchange partner or other 成人AV视频 offices:

- Copy of valid passport (only if you didnt submit it with your Coggin Study Abroad Application)
DEADLINE: March 15 for fall semester and September 15 for spring semester
Step 2:
Your study abroad advisor will sent your nomination to UW. Soon after UW will send an email with instructions to apply online. Students must submit the following documents to their online application for UW:
- OFFICIAL 成人AV视频 transcripts
- A copy of their University of Warsaw application, signed by their 成人AV视频 study abroad advisor.
- Language Certificate
DEADLINE: May 15 for fall semester and November 15 for spring semester
University of Warsaw Housing & Cost
Housing
The University of Warsaw offers visiting exchange student accommodations in the form of dormitories and guest houses. While the majority of rooms are designated as "double" rooms, which are shared with one other student), there are a limited number of single rooms available as well (note: single room priority is often give to PhD students. Acquiring accommodation in this manner requires a student topay a reservation fee within 7 days of receiving an accommodation offer (students assigned to guest houses will have to pay a deposit upon check-in). Upon check-in, the reservation fee than becomes the student's deposit. This deposit will be returned upon check-out so long as no damage has been done to the room.

Cost
成人AV视频 students participating in a semester exchange program will pay 成人AV视频 tuition. Students will be responsible for all other expenses (i.e. flight, meals, housing, etc.). See your study abroad advisor for an estimated cost for one semester at UW.
